I know there is no cure for cellulite…how unfortunate!
Once again, women have such a harder life than men! :(
Anyone have any tips to reduce cellulite?

Miracles, there are not a lot miracles with anything let alone cellulite unfortunately. But to remove cellulite you have to do three things. Firstly change your diet. With your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. Because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. The alterations of your diet don’t need to be great. Making small changes like eating more fresh fruits and vegetables will have detox effect, thus aiding in removing your cellulite.

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups. To be more specific if you have cellulite on the back of your thighs you need to perform exercises such as running, cycling and leg curls. Running and cycling are the cardiovascular exercises which help remove excess fat. While the leg curls help tone the area.

To get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream. Because the cellulite has damaged your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure and you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. I know picking a cream is hard as there are heaps. All I can offer is my experience. I have seen creams succeed and fail. But probably the best cream I have seen is from revitol. Their cream has well documented ingredients known to remove cellulite. It’s all natural and no prescription needed. If you’re interested visit http://www.naturalskincaretreatments.com
I wish you the very best and all the luck in the world.
